Paperless Billing Notifications
Notification Options 
 
When receiving your bill electronically, you have several options to keep you informed about the status of your WaterOne account.

New Bill Notification
Choose a basic email with a summary, an email with a copy of the bill attached or a short text message. 

Bill Due Reminder 
Bill due reminders are just that, reminders. They are not a indication of whether a balance is still due. If you already paid when the reminder arrives, simply disregard it or log into WaterOne Bills and Payment to check your balance. 

Pay By Text 
Found within the bill reminder section is a pay by text option. Set up this option by selecting the "Configure" button. Pay by text is almost as easy as automatic. It takes mere seconds to pay your bill. 

Payments Options
In addition to the confirmation, you may choose to receive notification when a payment is rejected, canceled or aborted.

AutoPay  
AutoPay is a set-it-and-forget-it option, however, we want you to be in the know. Sometimes it is easy to forget which billers you have setup with AutoPay. To setup noticiations for AutoPay, click on the AutoPay tab in the Notifications section.
